It has been scientifically proved that 99.99% of the DNA for all human beings is the same and only 0.01% differs. This 0.01% contributes to all the differences between individuals.
The basis for a marriage is love, caring, sharing, adjusting, accepting, accommodating, understanding and tolerating. However, the following factors are also to be considered before deciding to marry inter-religion to sustain the marriage.
1. If the couple belongs to the Hindu religion and to the same community, irrespective of their differences, they continues to live together and avoid a divorce for the sake of the family, and to avoid a second marriage.
2. If the couple belongs to the Christian religion where the western culture is very much in vogue, they easily take the decision to divorce and there is no difficulty for a second marriage.
3. If the couple belongs to the Muslim religion, the girl does not enjoy as much freedom and the man is allowed to marry four girls after divorcing the wife.
4. Muslims are governed by Sharia law, or Islamic law, forming part of the Islamic tradition. It is derived from the religious precepts of Islam, particularly the Quran and the Hadith.
5. In the entire world, marriage is considered only as a contract and not as a sacred one. Only in the Hindu religion it is considered to be a sacred one.
6. In western countries, the man and woman meet, develop understanding, make love [sex] and then marry. In India, especially in the Hindu religion, it is considered a sin.
7. There is a stigma for divorced woman in Indian society especially when she is married to a person who belongs to a different religion or community.
8. The Indian society insists on the religion and caste for any job or educational opportunity for children and the woman has to convert to the religion to which the man belongs.
9. The main purpose of living is eating. One cannot sacrifice food habits for the sake of the spouse. If anyone happens to be different, then there will always be a problem.
10. Even animals are classified into carnivorous and herbivorous ie non-vegetarian and vegetarian. The animals and plants do not copulate if they belong to a different groups.
11. As long as the women are childbearing, irrespective of the country, religion, caste, and creed the women are the ultimate sufferers and not the men in case of a failure of a marriage.
12. Irrespective of religion, caste, community, and country, if the girl belongs to a poor family, she has to think thrice before marrying a man of another religion.
