PROPERTY DIVISION
You are 60 plus and retired from service. In your family, you have a wife, a son and a daughter. Apart from cash and jewelry, you have a house property in a city. You are writing your Will. 

After your wife, you wish to apportion the house to your children. Both the children are like your two eyes. How will you do it?

1. Give it to the son.OR
2. Give it to the daughter.OR
3. Give it to both of them.OR
4. You give it to the son on the condition that when it is sold the proceeds should be equally shared.

3. இருவருக்கும் கொடுப்பீர்களா?
4. மகனுக்கு கொடுத்து விட்டு, பின்பு அவர் அதை விற்றால், பணத்தை இருவரும் சமமாக பிரித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று எழுதுவீர்களா?
