Random thoughts 1836 to 1850.

1836. The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

1837. The best way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.

1838. Our time is limited, so we should not waste our time living for someone else.

1839. Life is unpredictable. If it is predictable, it would cease to be life, and there will be no interest in living.

1840. If we look “only” at what we have, we will feel sufficient. If we look at what others have, we will always feel we don’t have enough.

1841. If you set your goals beyond your reach and if you fail, you should know the reason for your failure and you should not blame your fate.

1842. We should take a wow that we shall never give the slightest inconvenience to anyone whatever may be the reason.

1843. We can eat anything to satiate our hunger. But we can’t quench our thirst with anything. we have to drink only water. Nothing else.

1844. Whenever we visit anyone, (excepting funerals) it is customary to get gifts and it is not advisable to go empty handed. Why is it so?

1845. Just to test my mental strength, I have developed the habit of rejecting even my favourite dish when it is offered for eating.

1846. No baby laughs when it is born on this earth. All babies only cry to indirectly indicate that its life is going to be very tough.

1847. When a person has absolutely zero money, wherever he looks and whatever he touches, he will feel only currency notes.

1848. When asked whether to be the head of a mouse or tail of a lion, people say better to be the tail of a lion. But I say better to be the head of the mouse.

1849. There's no cure for the common cold. Most cases of the common cold get better without treatment, usually within a week to 10 days.

1850. Instead of giving alms to a beggar, if we direct him to go to another person, we will only be directing the traffic on the road in our next birth.
