Random thoughts 1251 to 1265

 1251. Books give soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything.

1252. Desire, emotion, and knowledge are the three aspects that are responsible for any human behaviour.

1253. The beginning is the most important part of any work.

1254. I am reasonably religious but not irreligious. Also I am not qualified to talk about religions. I admit too much of religiousness is not my cup of tea.

1255. For me, values are important. All Religions teach values. One must abide by the values taught by his religion. Without values there is no meaning in life.

1256. Incidents happen in daily life. That is the will of God. We have no role on it. We should make sure that we go in the right path.

1257. Wise men speak because they have something to say. Fools speak because they have to say something.

1258. We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark. But we cannot forgive adults who are afraid of seeing  the “light“. It is the real tragedy of life.

1259. Two ears drawn, facing each other, form a heart. Within the word HEART, you get the ear. So lending the ear is a way to the heart.

1260. Mother is like God. She is to be worshipped. Wife is like a friend. She is to be loved. Both are distinctly and different.

1261. Men take sides either with their mother or wife. But the women never take sides either with their father or husband.

1262. India is rich in having 22 national languages.  I think that is one of the reasons why there is no unity among the people.

1263. The secret of happiness lies not in doing what we like, but in liking what we do.

1264. No matter how slow you are, do something continuously until you stop.

1265. My father used to say, ”One should not raise the voice. He should Improve the quality of argument”.
