RANDOM THOUGHTS 2091 TO 2105.

2091. The national flag is tied at the top of the pole and unfurled on Republic Day. On Independence Day,  it is hoisted from bottom to top.


2092. Independence Day symbolises freedom from colonial rule. Republic Day is to renew our commitment to the principles of our Constitution.


2093. After partition, both India and Pakistan claimed for the gold plated buggy (chariot) used by the British which India won by the spin of a coin.


2094. Before taking a decision, the last generation thought about the negatives first. The present generation thinks about the positives first.


2095. We do not know where the soul goes after death. To show the love for the departed, different religions follow different methods.


2096. The only places that are always fully crowded are the cinema halls and restaurants. That shows the spending habits of the people.


2097. Actually many people are not aware that the word “cinema” refers to the theatres and not the movies.


2098. “Shouting” in India is called “yelling” in the USA. While shouting is common in India, yelling is forbidden in the USA.


2099. Communication is the basic thing to have a good understanding. But unfortunately without love there can never be good communication.


2100. Help ever, hurt never. We should not hurt anyone by words or actions. Others should reciprocate. Otherwise, we should show them the door.


2101. Anyone who can eradicate corruption, black money and alcohol in India should be rewarded Bharat Ratna.
