How to be alone without feeling lonely?

Feeling lonely is a state of mind. You can feel lonely even when you are among people and feel happy even when you are alone. It depends on how well you know about yourself. How to enjoy being alone: 


1. Love yourself. If you do not like yourself, no one else will like you. Practice self care smile more, and focus on self-improvement. 


2. Know yourself. Discover new things about yourself. The more you understand yourself, the more you will enjoy your own company. 


3. Live a healthy lifestyle. When you take care of your body and mind, you will feel more content being alone. 


4. Explore your hobbies. Spend time doing things you love. This will make you feel happy in your own company.  


5. Take a solo trip. Traveling alone can make you feel self-sufficient and help you discover new things about yourself. 


6. Accept yourself. Stop complaining about your life and understand who you are. People who love their own company are the most attractive. 


7. Build your self-esteem. Love your flaws and stop seeking validation from others. 


8. Create a fulfilling life. Do things that make you happy. Then you will not feel the need for companionship. Find it within yourself. Enjoy your own company, and you will never feel lonely, even when you're alone.
