646. You are the Question and you are the Answer. You are the master and you are the servant. You are the king and you are the citizen.

647. For my actions, I am answerable to my conscience, parents, guru, the govt, and God. I am not answerable to Tom, Dick, and Harry.

648. If a person is mentally prepared to face the 'worst' that will happen, then mental depression and suicide attitude will come down.

649. What foreign authors have written are based on their culture. Indian scholars have written on great subjects. Let us follow them.

650. White rice is not good. Brown rice is better. Quinoa is the best. But many people may not prefer it. We eat white rice for taste.

651. A high smoking point [200 deg C] decides the quality of the oil. My preference is pomace olive oil, canola oil, and sunflower oil.

652. Potato is prefered due to its nutrition, flavour, taste, easy to cook, long shelf life, uniform price and all-time availability.

660. Watermelon, coconut, papaya, apples, peaches, strawberries, avocado are low-carb fruits. Higher the water content lower the carb.
