HOW TO IMPROVE IN LIFE?

1. Go to sleep if you feel sleepy.


2. Don't waste time thinking plastic bottles cause cancer, it is very rare.


3. Try to solve each problem only when it hits in your head.


4. Speak less. Listen more.


5. Say ’no‘ to things that aren't going to help in achieving your goal.


6. Live in the present. Don’t worry about the future and the past.


7. Never Speak loudly always unless you are happy, angry or in authority.


8. Wake up before everyone in your family and make your bed. Drink a glass of water and start your day.


9. Stop using Instagram but a little bit of facebook can keep you connected to the world.


10. It's always a good idea to voice call anyone and save your time.


11. Do any simple exercise daily preferably in the morning for at least 20 minutes.


12. Forget the pills for simple disorders like headache or acidity.


13. Read as many books as you can.


14. Stop blaming others for your failure.
