Tips for a good night’s sleep.

1. 9 to 5 am or 10 to 6 am is the best time.


2. Don’t drink coffee or tea etc before going to bed.


3. Keep a low level pillow both for the head and the side.


4. Sleep preferably on your side with a pillow underneath. Right side is good for heart and left side is good for stomach.


5. Do not see cellphones, tv etc before or during sleep.


6. Even if you are awake during sleep, continue to pretend sleeping.


7. While going to bathroom, think you are still sleeping. Don’t wet your hands with water.


8. Do some workouts like walking, reading, etc during the day to get good sleep.


9. Finish your dinner 3 hours before going to bed.


10. Do not take sleeping pills. If necessary you may use occasionally melatonin 3 mg one hour before bed.


11. Keep your room dark as far as possible.


12. Do not sleep more than half an hour during the day.


13. Wear loose fitting clothes during sleep.


14. Pray to Gods before going to sleep.
