 1266. Whatever you do, don’t wake up at 65 years old and think about what you should have done with your life.

1267. Make it a rule never to regret and never to look back. Regretting is waste of energy and it is only good for relaxing.

1268. Snakes cannot digest lactose, and as a result, milk will give them horrendous symptoms which include intestinal pain, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. 

1269. Snakes cannot drink. They absorb rain drops through their scales to keep themselves hydrated.

1270. Worry is like sand inside an oyster. A little sand produces a pearl, too much sand kills the animal.

1271. I am not qualified to talk about economy or the performance of govts. I believe corruption, bribery and black money are the cause of all problems.

1272. The first and greatest victory is to conquer ourself. To be conquered by another is the most shameful and vile of all the things.

1273. As per the fundamental rights, the police are not empowered to beat, slap, or hurt anyone for any reason either during interrogation or in jail.

1274. Three of the best qualities of my DIL are 1. Never argues. 2. Always friendly and smiling. 3. Most obedient and honest.

1275. Some people have an urge to make a counter statement. Even for a fact that “the sun rises in the east”, they will make a counter. That hurts.

1276. Better to show care instead of advising. Better to encourage instead of appreciating. Better to fix life instead of telling how to live.

1277. Developing a growth mindset is crucial to succeed instead of focusing on what others are doing. Focus on the best that you can do.

1278. I asked a boy “whom do you like the most- your father or mother? He said, he liked his mother when he is at home and father when going out.

1279. Who do not hesitate to say “please, sorry, thank you, welcome,and you are correct” will succeed and will have many friends.

1280. Elder and older are both adjectives. Older can be used of people and things, but elder can only be used of people.
